The frame is installed in the door release depending on the chosen materials and customer preferences.
The panels are the door wings, which slide inside the frame.

The sliding door scrolls along a set of tracks or guides. These tracks are installed top and bottom or bottom only with an upper pulley kit, allowing the door to slide smoothly and effortlessly.
The sliding system may include rollers or pads to ease movement.

Opening mechanisms

Different opening mechanisms open and close the sliding door. These may include a pull or handle on the door panel that allows the door to be gripped and slid along the tracks.

Sectional doors

Sectional doors are a type of door made up of several horizontal panels vertically folded when opened.

Las puertas seccionables son un tipo de puerta que se compone de varios paneles horizontales que se pliegan verticalmente al abrirse.

Structure and design

These panels are connected by hinges or tracks and slide up and back along vertical tracks when the door is opened. Unlike conventional doors that open in or out, sectional doors fold into sections to allow vertical opening and harness the available space.

Opening system

A lift and slide mechanism opens and closes the sectional door. A set of pulleys and wires, springs, or an electric engine controls the panels’ motion. When the door is opened, the panels slide vertically upward, usually parallel to the ceiling or suspended above the door opening.

Control and automation

This type of door can be manually controlled and handled by a pull system or fully automated by adding an electric engine and remote control. Automation enables to open and shut the door comfortably and eases its integration with access or smart home systems.

Designing options

We manufacture these swing doors in a wide range of styles and designs. They display different finishes, inset panels, decorative trims or custom elements based on customer preferences and architectural style.

Advantages

It is important to note that swing doors require a clear opening area and can take up indoor or outdoor space, depending on the opening direction. Moreover, the door’s weight and size may affect usability and the need for additional locking systems or support mechanisms.
